Country Programming Details

EnABLE's knowledge and capacity building activities, which were initiated in FY22 and completed in FY24, focused on raising community awareness and understanding—particularly among women—of the country’s ERP, its potential benefits, and communities’ related rights.

The EnABLE country programming in Ghana is intended to enhance access to both the carbon and noncarbon benefits of Ghana’s emission reductions program and associated benefit sharing plan for 100 marginalized local communities and farmers, particularly women, youth, migrant farmers, and people with disabilities. Country programming is being implemented by two local civil society organizations, Solidaridad West Africa and Tropenbos Ghana.
