EnABLE's knowledge and capacity building activities, which were intiated in FY22 and are ongoing, focus on raising the awareness of the emission reductions program among local communities, ethnic minorities, and other grassroots stakeholders in the six target provinces.

The EnABLE country programming in VietNam is intended to enhance the inclusion of ethnic minorities, particularly women and girls, in forest-dependent villages within the North Central regions of the country.
