EnABLE's knowledge and capacity building activities, which were initiated in FY22 and completed in FY24, focused on building the capacity of local civil society organizations to support the government in implementing the emission reductions program (ERP) and benefit sharing plan.

The EnABLE country programming in Mozambique is intended to enhance inclusion of vulnerable and geographically hard to reach communities and groups, including women and youth, in the country’s ERP to maximize their benefits. Country programming is being implemented by two civil society organizations: the Centre for Learning and Capacity Building of Civil Society (CESC) and Livaningo.
