EnABLE’s knowledge and capacity building activities, which were initiated in FY24 and were completed in December 2024. They focused on IP and LC organizations’ understanding of social inclusion and gender issues related to the country’s emission reductions program (ERP) and benefit sharing plan, as well as their capacity to conduct outreach—for example, to inform women about potential ERP benefits and the related registration process. EnABLE country programming in Côte d’Ivoire is intended to promote socially inclusive sharing of the country’s ERP benefits among IPs and LCs, with a particular focus on women and youth within these groups.
